NOTE: Some of you people are very stupid. I don't appreciate being called a cunt in your incoherent, illegible, poor excuse for the English language. As I've stated several times, I am in NO WAY glorifying or praising what he did. All I am doing, however, is praising him for this work in the ring. He was a terrific wrestler and a very accomplished one at that.

I was on WWE.com this morning, they didn't have anything on it at the time. I turned on RAW and stared in shock for 5 minutes...I thought I was seeing things and it instead said "In Memory of Vince McMahon" for the silly storyline...but no, it was Benoit. I watched the last hour of the tribute show, teared up at the end, with him and Eddie Guererro raising the belts at WM 20. I watched that match...I was so happy that he won...as long as it wasn't HHH, ha. I watched Benoit in WCW back in the day. I was only 6 then, but I remember it. Now I'm 16, and I'm still a fan. I really can't believe he's gone...being a shorter guy myself, I really looked up to him as a hardworker and not letting any odds get in the way. He seemed like a super nice guy. The video clips with his son...he looked like a great father. The early story is that he killed his wife and son during the weekend, and then himself earlier today. I don't know, it does not seem like Chris could do such a thing. Despite his rough and tough persona on WWE tv, he was a loving husband, a devoted father, and a great friend. He was always there for the guys in the back, assisting Adam Copeland (aka Edge) during his neck surgery and he was always there to help the younger guys. I never had the privilege to meet Chris, but these things I can say in confidence. Benoit will be missed...he'll be missed by me, by many of you, by the WWE fans, and by his fellow co-workers. And he'll be remembered by those who knew him and fans alike as a great worker in the ring with so much respect for the business and for the fans and what he did for his career, and for his friends, he'll be remembered as a great person and friend. That was Chris Benoit.

Chris Benoit, rest in peace.

The song is "In The Morning" by Nick Drake. Also, I intend to make a longer, much better tribute video to Chris. I was in shock at his sudden passing. I put together this video quickly to help alleviate some of the shock. I intend to make an actualy video tribute. However, I lack the ability to find video clips. If anyone has ANY video clips of Chris Benoit, in the ring or out, I would be very grateful if you'd assist me by sending them to me at elementality182@aol.com . Thanks.
